Buffalo Bayou at Dairy Ashford

The below picture is not a new one. It is one that I will keep as part of my private collection. This is quite a "romanticized" view of the Bayou as it runs through Terry Hershey park. I painted this picture when I first started taking lessons at the Art League of Houston. It sustains the axiom that if you are painting from a photo........Your painting should be an improvement on the photo.
