A few years ago I did get to visit California and was given a great tour of the Palos Verde area with my brother John and his wife Evelyn. When I returned to Houston I decided to try and capture a little of the scenery that I had enjoyed while I was in California. Here is the picture that I painted to commemorate my visit to California. It was a great stay and the hospitality and the scenery were both greatly appreciated.
