First of all I have to thank everyone who came out to the show in support. It was greatly appreciated having everyone there. The results are in. I did pick up Second Place for Original Landscape and an Honorable Mention. The Arboretum Pond which is shown above won Second Place. The Road to Iasca II which I renamed "Destination Itasca' won an Honorable Mention. It is shown below.
Good to spend time with you at HCAA Open Show. Recognition from a seasoned Fine Art judge is such a good feeling. Your painting Itasca is the kind of muted color stuff I really dig.

My favorite is Destination Itasca - the sky color is great and the whole image is very satisfying to look at. Congratulations on the recognition at the show.
