With a most of the weekend chores behind me I took advantage of the sunny weather and painted on the back patio. I wish this was the view from the back patio but it was painted from a photograph. I had sold a similar (but Better) painting of the same scene at the HCAA Benefit at the Jack Meier. So........this is a study for my personal collection. The cypress tree and the sky on the right still need some work but I was able to differentiate some of the green values in the background where they had previously been all one value. Bottom Line........Wow..........It was great getting to spend a Saturday Afternoon Painting.
